Due to the digital and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.


No Returns or Refunds

All products sold by Ann’s Weigh are digital products, including personalized diet sheets, downloadable materials, and digital bundles.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered or accessed.

This policy applies to:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction

  • Failure to achieve expected results


Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, digital products are delivered electronically via download, email, or account access. Once delivery has occurred, the product is considered used and non-refundable.


Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incomplete or inaccurate intake forms

  • Delays caused by missing or incorrect customer information

  • Failure to follow instructions or recommendations

  • Technical issues outside of our control

In the rare event of a duplicate charge or technical error on our end, we will review the issue and, if applicable, correct the error.


Chargebacks
